Athletes
Rather than individual, standalone sessions, we operate on a monthly retainer system. The relationship between Mental Coach and athlete is almost as important as the skills and techniques themselves. A deeper relationship allows for the understanding and nuance required for the kind of impact and results we take pride in. We also believe the retainer system invites the athlete into a greater level of accountability in their growth. It's Mental Training, not mental magic! There are no shortcuts! Just like we wouldn’t expect to bench press 300lbs after 1 session with a trainer, we can’t expect to change our mental game overnight. While there may be some results after the first few sessions, committing to at least a month of training allows for a much better foundation for future success.
Our monthly retainer includes:

Weekly 1:1 sessions via video chat

Sessions usually last 30-45mins
Check-ins before and/or after games during competition season

Up to 2 hours of texts/calls per month
Game film review

Digital review of game film to enhance our sessions

(If in the Denver area, we will try to attend a few live games)
Parent or guardian collaboration (if athlete is a minor)

Monthly 20 min updates/check ins with parents/guardians via video chat or phone

Weekly texts as needed to best support the athlete
We prefer to meet our athletes (virtually) before we agree to work together. This gives you the ability to ask any questions you may have about us or mental performance training, discuss pricing, and ensures that we’ll be a good fit for you!
